FINANCIAL CONSULTANT

Hantz Employment and Training

All consultants must obtain the following licenses in order to sell various financial products:

State Insurance Licensing
--Life, Accident, Health, and Variable Contracts

--Property and Casuality

NASD Security Licensing


--Series 63
--Series 7 (Must be obtained before starting)Hantz will sponsor and pay for all required licensing on a loan basis. The loan will be forgiven after 1 year of service.



A candidate must be fully licensed before appointment as a Registered Representative. The licensing will be completed during the pre-appointment phase.

The pre-appointment phase is a rigorous 10-week program, during which the individual will learn the fundamentals of financial planning and begin developing a client base. Upon satisfactory completion of this 10-week period, the individual will be "appointed" as a Financial Consultant.

From the appointment time through the end of the first year, the Consultant will receive a guaranteed draw against commissions on all product sales, and will engage in ongoing training under the supervision of a training manager.

THE FINANCIAL CONSULTANT


Financial Consultant is a full-time sales position in which the individual will provide clients with the practical and innovative financial strategies designed to meet the client's unique financial goals. The consultant will develop these strategies through the use of Hantz's financial planning process. Here is a brief summary of the financial planning process.

IDENTIFY the client's financial objectives.
CREATE a current financial profile.
EVALUATE the profile objectives.
DEVELOP an individualized strategy.
IMPLEMENT the strategy.
REVIEW AND MAINTAIN the plan on a regular basis.
